The Phoenix is a creature who once it's life is over, builds its own funeral pyre, and throws itself into the flames. As it dies, it is reborn anew, and rises from the ashes to live again.

Vic at Black and Blue Tattoo deserves huge props for a killer design and phenomenal work. If you're in the market for some ink, definitely give him some thought. The whole thing was completed in 12 hours and I couldn't be happier with the results.
